A Few of My Favorite Things - National Potato Day

Today is a great day to celebrate!

It is National Potato Day!  One of my favorite foods!  The potato is so versatile!

You can roast them, shred them, dice them, keep them whole, fry them, mash them...eat them for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even as a snack!  Some people like ketchup with their potatoes, but my top choices for condiments are cheese (cheese makes everything better) and ranch dressing!
